Design Consultancy
Bespoke Modern Design’s design services start at the inception of the project when the client outlines his requirements. Design consultancy involves project definition where we define the conceptual framework and related requirements of the project, reviews and refines the client’s space requirements and translates them into a technical program by providing schematic and conceptual designs, and then design documents; mood and sample boards, detailed drawings, and specifications.
fit-out and Ff&e
BFit-out can encompass interior walls, electrical, flooring, decoration, lighting, mechanical installations, furnishings and or any other improvements made to the interior of premises. Bespoke Modern Design also provides FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) services. This includes providing of technical specifications of furniture, fixture, equipments, and accessories. We can also do the procurement of approved FF&E package as per client’s preference.
Project Management
To achieve the project objectives with highest quality and in the right process, it is essential for projects to be highly supervised and coordinated with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure designs are implemented, quality are met, and safety is guaranteed.
